Kids are home for the holidays! (Or maybe they never left home to begin with due to online schooling!) Either way, it can be difficult to keep kids busy when they’re cooped up at home during the holiday season. The School Readiness Taskforce at GEP has put together twelve days of activities to promote child development and bust boredom over winter break. We hope that each day will provide information and activity ideas for caregivers of kids aged 2-8 to keep kids engaged during winter break, with activities ranging focus from music to emotions to getting active outdoors. Keep an eye on the GEP Facebook page for a link to the first day of #GEP12Days on the December 23rd, and then check back each day! The posts will run until January 3rd.
